Hourly rate: $39/hour for members, $55/hour for non-members. The same rate applies to hourly personal drivers, designated drivers and airport trips. There is no surge pricing on busy nights or holidays.
Minimum: Two hours. The smallest possible Westchester booking costs $78 at the member rate or $110 at the non-member rate.
Extra time: Billed at the same hourly rate you booked, with no overtime premium and no surge multiplier. Time past the two-hour minimum is prorated, so a 3.5-hour trip on the member rate costs $136.50 rather than being rounded up to a fourth hour.
Membership: Basic is $0/month at $55/hour. Plus is $99/month at $39/hour. Concierge is $199/month at $39/hour with premium benefits.
Included: A vetted, insured professional driver for the hours you book. Screening covers a criminal background check, a motor vehicle report and a 9-panel drug test, with ongoing record monitoring.
Not included: Tolls, parking and gas are added to the trip fare at cost with no markup. Gratuity is never added automatically and is never required.
The car: Yours. Dryver is a driver service, not a car service, so your own insurance stays active and your car seats and belongings stay where they are.
