When am I charged?

We process the full reservation amount to the credit card on file 4 hours prior to the start time for both the Personal Driver and Car Pick Up Service. If for some reason, your card declines, our team will make several attempts to the contact listed on the order, which could include an email, call and text. If we do not have an updated card on file at least two hours prior to your reservation start time, then we will have to cancel the order and you will be charged the two hour minimum on a future reservation. Pricing is based on the area in which you placed a reservation.
